Government Taking Property without compensation in Orlando, Florida. In December of 2008 the Order of Taking was processed without an appraisal for her home, without a dime to move her home. That’s right zero compensation has been paid to Ms. Rossano.

Today it is the end of October, 2011, and compensation has never been paid for abandoning her home in the College Park Leisure Homes Subdivision.

Eminent Domain Compensation was denied Ms. Rossano in Orlando Florida December, 2008 when Circuit Judge Cynthia Z. Mackinnon granted the Order of Taking by the Orange County School Board to condemn the College Park Leisure Home Community. Jay Small, attorney for the School Board proposed that the last resident, Ms. Rossano and her homestead mobile home be removed in two weeks. When Circuit Judge Cynthia Z. Mackinnon asked how long the other residents were given — three weeks, she granted that Ms. Rossano be allowed the same amount of time.

Attorney for Ms. Rossano, Celeste F. Adorno, Esquire, did NOT defend her because she took the case knowing she could NOT attend the court case. Later, Ms. Adorno said she could not hear and that is why she was quiet.

If it were not for Circuit Judge Cynthia Z. Mackinnon deciding to give Ms. Rossano equal rights to that of the other condemnees, Ms. Rossano would have been forced to move her 2-tons of stuff — a double wide mobile home screen room and attached utility shed.

The day after the Order of Taking, Jay Small asked Ms.Rossano’s attorney who did not protect her, Celeste F. Adorno,  for the keys to the mobile home. He had previously made a property search and was confident that Ms. Rossano did NOT own any other property where she could save her home by having it moved.

By the grace of God, Ms. Rossano moved her homestead and spent well over 50 thousand dollars of her own retirement funds to accomplish this monumental feat before January 1, 2009.  The holidays (Christmas and New Years) posed a hurdle, but not too big to stop God from helping Ms. Rossano move the home before the government taking property.

The Orange County School Board decided to make up the rules as they felt was right in their own eyes and justified this method in order to save money. China has had a long reputation for denial of their citizen’s human rights, but now the United States have joined their ranks of denying human rights to personal property.

Circuit Judge Lisa Taylor Munyon denied Ms. Rossano’s counterclaim because it was not in “the proper form.”  Judge Munyon chose to do the letter of the law instead of the spirit of the law. Judge Munyon also decided to avoid her Judicial oath to protect the U.S. Constitution of the United States. The U. S. Constitution states that no governmental agency can take private property without due compensation. Judge Munyon did not protect the U. S. Constitution.

“no private property shall be taken without due compensation.”

  • May God richly reward Circuit Judge Lisa Taylor Munyon for not performing her duty and oath to protect the U. S. Constitution.
  • May God richly reward the Orange County School Board and their respective board members for their choice to disobey the Florida Statutes and not request and pay for the required property appraisal and payment before the Order of Taking.
  • May God richly reward Mr. Jay Small, Esquire an attorney based in Orlando Florida and his unscrupulous practices to remove widows, senior adults and the poor without due and fair compensation for their private property.

I am sorry. It seems that eminent domain abuse cases are in the majority. America is headed down the toilet and this is a sure way I can see it.

  2. Anthony says:

I am unsure what any of us can do when a government agency decides to use eminent domain cases to cheat a homeowner of their Constitutional rights. Truly amazing to me that every day they get away with it and our hands are tied. Mark my words, “Americans will get fed up, and we will once again revolt for our second civil war.

Right now people are just trying to keep their heads above water. When the fat times come again, the finger will be pointed at these unethical judges and attorneys for their underhanded ways.

  3. Samuel says:

Government taking property — are you kidding me? I thought China was the only people who had human right issues.

  4. Arden says:

I thought the Government taking the property had to pay for an attorney for you?

  5. admin says:

I did have an attorney. In fact, I had two attorneys. Kelly Green in Orlando, and Celeste F. Adorno in Tallahassee. Both attorneys wanted an easy settlement and did not satisfactorily represent me. I asked both of them to step down because they did such a bad job.

Circuit Judge Lisa Taylor Munyon was the presiding judge in the eminent domain case, and she would not accept my paper work because it was in the wrong “form.” She totally forgot her duty-bound oath to protect the United States Constitution over the letter of the law. A very sad way for a Judge to act.

But, when you think about it. I was fighting the Orange County School Board with an Orange County Judge presiding.

I am just too optimistic to think that I would get justice. Looking back, I guess that is just silly.

    Hello Government Taking Property,

Understanding how things could go so terribly wrong is something my brain has trouble wrapping around. May Jay Small get his reward.

  13. Walter says:

Government taking property seems to be less in the news and practiced more by our Government taking property officials. The old saying that your sins will find you out is an old saying because he keeps happening. It may happen in your life time and it may not, but it WILL happen. Rest assured Jay Small, hurting widows is not a good practice in law or in any other career. Circuit Judge Lisa Taylor Munyon has forgotten her oath to protect the U.S. Constitution.

  14. Paul says:

That Circuit Judge Lisa Taylor Munyon and Jay Small, the attorney should find themselves in the same place – - a Government Taking Property that belongs to them. What goes around, comes around. do NOT worry they will not get away with this.
